Cancellation Policy

  1. No Cancellation: Orders placed on the website cannot be canceled once confirmed.
  2. Contact Customer Service: Reach out to customer service for any issues with the order.

Product Exchange Regulations

  1. Original receipt is needed for exchange within 3 days after purchase.
  2. No refund policy.
  3. Products must be in new and original condition.
  4. Backpack, lunch bag, or any item can be exchanged if the zip is not working, printing is faded, the bag strap is torn, or if the item is damaged or defective.
  5. Register the IAD warranty within 7 days after purchase.
  6. MommyHana reserves the right for the final decision and to alter this policy at any time.
