These terms apply to every order placed through this website. We may update them from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

We sell children's and family supplements, interactive books, school bags, tumblers, and stationery. Product images are for illustration. Colours and packaging may vary slightly from the images shown.

Our supplements are food supplements. They are not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Please read the product label and follow the stated directions. If you or your child has a medical condition, is pregnant or breastfeeding, or is taking medication, please consult a doctor before use.

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order. We may decline or cancel an order if the item is out of stock, if there is a pricing or description error, or if we are unable to verify your payment or delivery details. If we cancel an order that you have already paid for, we will refund it in full.

Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and include the price of the product. Shipping is a flat rate of RM8 nationwide. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout. The total payable is displayed before you confirm the order.

We accept payment through Billplz, HitPay and Stripe. The methods available at checkout include FPX Online Banking, Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, American Express, JCB, Discover, Diners Club, DuitNow QR, Touch n Go, GrabPay, PayLater by Grab, ShopeePay / SPayLater, Alipay+ Partner Wallets, Apple Pay and Google Pay, depending on the gateway used. Payment is processed by the gateway, not by us.

We deliver nationwide within Malaysia. Estimated delivery is 3 to 5 working days via NinjaVan. Full details are on our Shipping Policy page.

You agree to give accurate delivery and contact details, and to use this website lawfully. You are responsible for keeping any account details you create secure.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and product photography, belongs to MOMMYHANA CREATIVE SDN. BHD. or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 or any other Malaysian law that cannot be limited or excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable, or for loss caused by events outside our reasonable control.

We handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
